Relocating from New York to South Carolina, they searched for months throughout the state to find a home. Looking for better property values and a kinder climate, they believed South Carolina real estate would provide the answer to their lifestyle needs.
After working with a number of Realtors, and after a number of house finding trips, they were referred to Tina Goddard to look for a home in Orangeburg. Only half expecting (if that much) to find something - they identified their future home on the first day (it was also the first home previewed).
Diane & Ken now live in a charming home overlooking their own private pond...complete with ducks (and a beaver)! They seem content to let their wildlife guests stay. This photo was taken in February, New York is under snow!
